The effect of body on mind and mind on body is evidenced in every turn of our daily life. “Nourish the body and calm the spirit” by means of a “way of movement”: a technique of moving slowly and continuously, without strain, through a varied sequence of contrasting forms that create a stable vitality with calmness, balanced strength with flexibility, controlled energy with awareness. If your son/daughter would turn 11 on April 29, he/she would not be eligible to participate with the 10-year-old group.)Activity Times and Program Schedules are available at the bottom of the page.Required Equipment: Participants need shoes, athletic clothing, and a water bottle for each practice.
