Rental Information
First, review the notes below for all the rules, rates and details you'll need to know prior to booking your event.

Second, login or create an account using the links on the left hand side of the screen. Once in your account select Start Facility Request. Follow the prompts to complete the request. Please give us as much information about your event as you can in the Additional Information section.

Requests are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Once the the request has been reviewed you will receive an email notification and follow up from our office. Requests cannot be submitted more than 12 months prior to the event.

Amenities
  • Equipment Closet: toys, balls, mats, etc.
  • Blue folding mats on floor next to stage
  • Stereo system

Facility Rules
  • No food or drink in Jerry’s Gym
    • If you wish to have food/drink at your event, please book the community room as well
  • Clean, non-marking shoes in Jerry’s Gym.
  • The stage is off limits, except to turn the lights on/off. This includes all gymnastics equipment.
  • No decorations hung on walls or ceiling.
  • Adult supervision required at all times. Please respect that Town Hall is an office building and that meetings may be going on during your event.
  • No alcohol.

Cleaning/Deposit Checklist
  • Sweep floors.
  • Place all trash and recycle in bins. All excess trash must be removed.
  • Check bathrooms for paper towels, toilet paper and other trash.
  • Remove magnet from door and make sure doors are closed securely behind you.
  • Place keys in drop box outside the main entrance.

Fee Schedule
Rate: $30.00/hour or $150/day
Refundable Deposit: $50.00 

Reservation Requests must be made within 1 week (minimum) of desired date.
