Rental Information
First, review the notes below for all the rules, rates and details you'll need to know prior to booking your event.

Second, login or create an account using the links on the left hand side of the screen. Once in your account select Start Facility Request. Follow the prompts to complete the request. Please give us as much information about your event as you can in the Additional Information section.

Requests are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Once the the request has been reviewed you will receive an email notification and follow up from our office. Requests cannot be submitted more than 12 months prior to the event.

  • Four 8 ft rectangular tables
  • 30 folding chairs
  • Cleaning supplies

Facility Rules
  • No decorations hung on walls or ceiling.
  • Adult supervision required at all times. Please respect that Town Hall is an office building and that meetings may be going on during your event.
  • No alcohol.

Cleaning/Deposit Checklist
  • Wipe tables and chairs and place on rack.
  • Sweep floors.
  • Place all trash and recycle in bins. All excess trash must be removed.
  • Check bathrooms for paper towels, toilet paper and other trash.
  • Remove magnet from door and make sure doors are closed securely behind you.
  • Place keys in drop box outside the main entrance.

Fee Schedule
Rental Fees: $25.00/hour
Refundable Deposit: $50.00

Any organization, group, or individual up to 50 people who desires to use the facility.
